SACROPOD-200mg Tablet contains Cefpodoxime Proxetil, a potent third-generation cephalosporin antibiotic used for treating a variety of bacterial infections. It is effective against respiratory tract infections such as bronchitis and pneumonia, urinary tract infections, throat and sinus infections, skin and soft tissue infections, and certain sexually transmitted infections like gonorrhoea. This medication works by interfering with bacterial cell wall synthesis, ultimately leading to bacterial death.
