MEGASAVE FORTE-457mg Dry Syrup is a broad-spectrum antibiotic formulation designed for children. It contains Amoxycillin, which kills bacteria by disrupting their cell walls, and Clavulanic Acid, which prevents bacterial resistance by inhibiting beta-lactamase enzymes. This combination is effective against infections in the respiratory tract, urinary system, skin, and dental areas. The syrup should be taken with food to improve absorption and reduce stomach upset. Dosage is based on age and weight, and the reconstituted syrup must be refrigerated and used within 7 days. Mild side effects like diarrhea or nausea may occur but are usually temporary.
